2. Donation & Payment Processing

We use trusted third-party services to process donations, registrations, and payments, including:

  • Bloomerang and Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv

  • Square

Online donations are securely processed through trusted third-party providers including Bloomerang and Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv. Payment information is encrypted during transmission, and The Cibolo does not store full credit card numbers on our systems. We may receive donor or transaction information necessary to process donations, provide receipts, maintain records, and communicate with supporters. We do not sell or trade donor personal information..

3. Forms & Applications

We use several third-party platforms to collect and manage information submitted through forms, including:

  • Bloomerang forms for donor and giving inquiries

  • monday.com forms for camp counselor and vendor applications

  • Microsoft Forms for educational and field trip inquiries

Information submitted through these forms is used only for the purpose related to the form submission.

4. Website Analytics & Cookies

Like many websites, cibolo.org uses cookies and analytics technologies to better understand how visitors use our website. We use services such as Google Analytics to collect general website traffic and usage information, which may include:

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of making a donation, registering for an event, or participating in programs. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive from us. You may also reply HELP for assistance where supported. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or transfer your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us or unsubscribe from SMS communications before the number changes ownership. 7. The Cibolo Official Mobile App

When you use The Cibolo Official Mobile App, certain information may be collected automatically in order to provide app functionality, improve performance, and enhance visitor experiences. This information may include:

  • location, accuracy, and date/time information while using the attraction

  • visit history including first and last detected visit times

  • operating system and version

  • device name

  • battery level and charging status

  • Bluetooth status

  • mobile network carrier

  • connected Wi-Fi SSID

  • location permission status

  • IP address

  • preferred language and locale

  • time zone

  • app version and build number

  • app interactions and analytics events

  • geofence entry and exit timestamps where applicable

This information is used to:

  • provide app functionality

  • improve app features and user experience

  • troubleshoot technical issues

  • monitor app performance

  • support location-aware experiences within the attraction

The app may use analytics and performance monitoring services including Firebase Analytics and Keen IO. You may manage location permissions and other app permissions through your device settings.

Our website and communications are intended for adults, including parents, guardians, donors, educators, volunteers, and community members. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website or general online services.
